Discovery Forum 2004: A Celebration of Creativity

Creativity is the common denominator that connects the greatest engineers, inventors and entrepreneurs with masterful choreographers, musicians, sculptors and painters.

Join us as we celebrate and explore the role of creativity in art, science and the knowledge economy.

February 6, 2004
8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Peoria Civic Center Theatre


Featuring various demonstrations of creativity and presentations by premier speakers including:

Richard Florida, Ph.D., author of the bestselling book "The Rise of the Creative Class;"
Steve Jones, Ph.D., the Welding Institute at University of Cambridge;
Antonio Pompa-Baldi, nationally acclaimed pianist;
Special guests from Disney's Imagineering Institute;
and many more!

Cost: $15 including lunch.

Please note: Registration for this event is being reopened on a first come, first served basis from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. the morning of the event. Cost for walk-up participants will be $10 and does not include the luncheon.
