Workshop Teaches Grantwriting Skills

The Professional Development Institute at Illinois Central College will offer a two-part workshop entitled “Grantwriting That Gets Results” on Monday, August 18. Part I will be presented from 8:30 a.m. until 12 noon, and Part II will be presented from 1-4 p.m. at One Technology Plaza, Peoria.

The workshop will sharpen participants’ skills in the quest for grant funds and will give tips for making the preparation and presentation of grant proposals more effective. The entire session is ideal for those who have never written a grant or who want to improve their grant writing skills. Beginners should enroll in both sessions, and experienced grantwriters should only take Part II.

Cost is $120 for both sessions, or $65 for a single session.
